Rollz Motion Rhythm
The Rollz Motion Rhythm is a walker with three cues that can be customised. This walker is expertly designed for people with Parkinson's who experience freezing or a disrupted walking pattern.
The laser line prompts you to start a movement, while the metronome and the vibration in the handles support your walking rhythm. To start a cue, simply press the button on the handle.

Features of the Rhythm Parkinson's walker include:
- Easily adjustable cues that enables you to tailor the cues to suit what works best. You can have 1 of 3, 2 of 3 or all three cues selected, and you can adjust the rhythm and pattern of each one. You can set the cues to run for 8 beats, 16 beats, 32 beats, or continuously.
- The audio cue and tactile cue can also be set to run through your smartphone and bluetooth headphones for discreet prompts.
- Bright, easy to see green laser line.
- Large wheels and shorter than average wheelbase which makes it very easy to steer.
- Inverted and ergonomic handles which reduces pressure on finger and wrists joints.
- Folds easily for transport.
Ability to add-on:
- Slow down brakes to create more resistance in the wheel when using it as a walker.

The Richmar THERADOT device is an advanced therapeutic tool designed to aid in the treatment of various conditions, including muscle pain, inflammation, and swelling, by delivering gentle, non-invasive oscillations up to 8cm deep into the patient's tissue in the affected area. The device has 3 key adjustable features: Output Frequency, Output Voltage, and Output Modulation.

Adjustable Output Frequency Range (5-300 Hz): The output frequency range refers to the number of oscillations per second that the device can produce. A wider range allows for greater versatility in treatment, as different conditions may respond better to specific frequencies. Lower frequencies (5-50 Hz) are generally used for relaxation, reducing muscle spasms, enhanced lymphatic drainage, and promoting blood flow. Medium frequencies (50-150 Hz) can help with mobility, muscle strengthening and re-education, and movement of biological liquids and waste. Higher frequencies (150-300 Hz) may be more effective in pain management and the treatment of acute injuries, dissolving hardened tissue (including scars), reducing high muscle tone, and activating drainage pathways. Introducing the All New PhysioTrainer PRO – Bi-Directional Electronically Controlled Upper Body Ergometer. The PhysioTrainer PRO is an affordable dual purpose upper and lower body trainer that can be used either on a table top or on the ground.
The PhysioTrainer PRO is Equipped with 32 levels of electromagnetic resistance and a low maintenance poly belt drive which provide a quiet and smooth cycling motion. The PhysioTrainer PRO has a low starting resistance of 8 WATTS and a max resistance of 220 WATTS. The PhysioTrainer PRO’s wide watt range is ideal for a variety of cardiac and rehabilitation applications.
The PhysioTrainer PRO includes adjustable cranks for both upper and lower body exercises. Use the 360° swivel handles for upper body training and Orthopedic heel-cup pedals for lower body training. The interchangeable upper and lower body cranks allow for comfort and stability to patients based on their specific goals.
The PhysioTrainer PRO is portable and can be easily wheeled from one room to another using the swiveling transport handle. When the transport handle is in the stored position, it can be used as a handle to lift the PhysioTrainer PRO onto a table top. The PhysioTrainer PRO is compatible with HCI Fitness UBE Tables which provides a safe and stable training platform. HCI Fitness UBE Tables are available in hydraulic or motorized height adjustment options.
