AmeriGlide LULA Elevator

Give visitors, residents and staff convenient access between floors without specifying a full-size commercial elevator. The AmeriGlide LULA is designed for indoor, limited-use applications in low-occupancy commercial buildings, churches and multi-family homes.

Its standard cab measures 42" x 54", with optional dimensions and custom finishes available to suit different building layouts and interiors. Plan the installation around the building’s space, travel and electrical requirements.

• Defined application limits: For buildings up to 10,000 sq. ft., with no more than 18 sq. ft. of interior cab floor space and a maximum vertical lift of 25 feet.
• Capacity and stops: Carries up to 1,400 lb and serves a maximum of five landings.
• Cab choices: The standard cab is 42" x 54"; optional sizes are 42" x 60", 45" x 54", 48" x 54" and 51" x 51".
• Interior details: The cab is 84" high and has fire-rated laminate walls; custom finishes and options help coordinate with the building’s decor.
• Hydraulic drive: A 2:1 roped hydraulic system uses a 3–5 HP drive motor with a submersible screw pump, with travel speeds up to 30 FPM.
• Installation needs: Requires a machine room and a minimum 14" pit depth; minimum overhead is listed as 120", while clearance is 132" without a Low Overhead Restrictor.
• Power and emergency feature: Requires 220VAC single-phase or 208VAC three-phase power, and includes battery emergency lowering.
