The Cardinal Indoor Straight Stairlift combines simple operation with a compact, thoughtfully designed system that helps users move between levels of their home with greater independence and confidence. Its streamlined design incorporates practical safety and convenience features while preserving as much stairway space as possible for other users.
The Cardinal Indoor features easy-to-remove seat covers for convenient cleaning. A standard digital diagnostics display provides clear, backlit information about the stairlift's status, making it easier to understand the system at a glance.
The seat can be manually swiveled with a gentle turn of the handle, helping users get on and off the stairlift more comfortably. A powered swivel seat is also available as an option. The retractable seatbelt is designed for easy adjustment and comfortable use, providing added security while operating the stairlift.
For additional safety, the stairlift includes two keys that allow the unit to be locked in the off position, helping prevent unwanted operation. Built-in stop sensors detect obstacles in the stairlift's path and stop movement when necessary.
Remote controls are supplied as standard, providing convenient control of the stairlift from different locations. When parked, the chair and footrest fold neatly toward the wall, helping maintain access to the stairs for other household members.
