The SLX Foam Mattress is a tri-layered foam replacement support surface designed to support patients identified as low to high risk of developing Stage 1, 2, and single-site Stage 3 pressure ulcers according to clinical judgment. It may also be used for patients managing existing Stage 1 through 4 pressure ulcers in conjunction with applicable hospital pressure area management policies.
