Move between levels without the footprint or setup of an elevator. The Stratos VPL commercial vertical platform lift is designed for commercial and residential settings, with a 750 lb lifting capacity and smooth, quiet, stable travel.
It arrives assembled and supports up to three stops, making it a practical option for accessibility needs in buildings where an elevator may be unnecessary. Choose the platform size, entry configuration, and controls to suit your installation.
- Lift performance: A 1-inch-diameter ACME screw drive travels at 10 feet per minute, with a standard lift height of 53 inches and a maximum of 171 inches.
- Platform choices: The solid platform has a non-skid coating and straight-through access. Standard sizes are 36 x 48 inches or 36 x 54 inches, with 34 inches of usable width.
- Optional configurations: Choose 36 x 60 inches or 42 x 54 inches, each with 34 inches of usable width, or 42 x 60 inches with 40 inches usable. Same-side entry and exit, or 90-degree adjacent access, are also available.
- Access and support: A 36-inch fixed or auto-folding lower ramp and grab rail are included, along with a 42-inch guard panel. An optional 42-inch lower ramp is available; no upper access ramp is available.
- Controls and monitoring: Constant-pressure platform controls and a lighted emergency stop with alarm are standard. One call-send control per stop is included; keyed platform controls and keyed or wireless call-send controls are optional. Four high-contrast LED status lights provide performance feedback through the Guardian System.
- Power backup: The optional ReadyUPS battery backup can provide at least five cycles during a power loss.
- Standards and options: ETL listed, CSA B44.1/ASME A17.5, and meets ASME A18.1 safety standards. Fire-rated doors and automatic door openers are optional.
